BADPLAAS HYDRO REFURB PILOT PROJECT
The Badplaas Hydro Power Refurbishment project was initiated in 2009 and completed in 2013. Since greenfield hydro project may take between 5 and 10 years from the point of initiation up to the point of financial close (Start of Construction) – the main purpose of this project was to execute this very small project (153 KW) in order to showcase it as a working example.
